Domestic frequency converter is composed of many electronic components. According to the components or physical characteristics of the frequency converter, deterioration will occur in a certain period of time, and some related parts need to be maintained and replaced. Therefore, in order to prevent maintenance, it is necessary to replace regularly. So what problems do we need to pay attention to when we replace?

Replace the cooling fan

The semiconductor device cooling fan of the main circuit of the inverter accelerates heat dissipation to ensure the normal operation below the allowable Wendy. The life of the cooling fan is limited to the bearing, about 10,000 ~35000h. When the inverter is running continuously, the fan or bearing needs to be replaced after several years. The replacement period of the cooling fan is greatly affected by the surrounding temperature. When abnormal sound and vibration are found during the inspection, the cooling fan must be replaced immediately.

Replacement capacitor

The high capacity electrolytic capacitor is used in the middle DC circuit, and its performance will deteriorate due to the influence of pulse current and other factors. Deterioration is greatly affected by the surrounding temperature and service conditions. In general, the service cycle is about 5 years, and the deterioration of the capacitor develops rapidly after a certain time, so the longest inspection period is one year, and the approaching life is within half a year.

Replace timer

Timers can vary a lot after years of use, so replace them after checking the time.

Replace the fuse

The rated current of the fuse is high and the load current is high. Under normal service conditions, the life of the fuse is about 10 years, which needs to be checked, maintained or even replaced within this time.

Replace relay/contactor

After the relay and contactor reach a certain number of cumulative switching times, bad contact occurs, which needs to be checked and replaced.
