The V/F curve can be adjusted automatically under the condition that the output torque of the motor is guaranteed. The output torque of the motor decreases, and the input current decreases, reaching the state of energy saving.
Frequency conversion start energy saving:
When the motor starts at full voltage, it needs to absorb 7 times the rated current of the motor from the power grid due to the motor starting torque, and the starting current is large power grid voltage and voltage fluctuation. There is also a lot of damage, which increases line loss and damage. After soft start, the starting current can be from 0 - the rated current of the motor, reduce the impact of the starting current on the power grid, save electricity bills, and reduce the inertia of the starting inertia, in order to ensure high inertia equipment, prolong the use of equipment.
Improve power factor and save energy:
The motor produces torque through electromagnetic interaction between stator windings and rotor windings. The winding has inductance effect. For the power grid, the impedance characteristics are inductive, and the motor absorbs a large amount of reactive power during operation, resulting in a low power factor.
