Five energy-saving principles of frequency converter:

Frequency conversion and energy saving

In order to ensure the reliability of our production, all kinds of production machinery will have certain leeway in the design of power.  Motor cannot run at full load. In addition to meeting the requirements of power drive, the excess force increases the consumption of active power, which leads to the waste of electrical energy. When the pressure is high, the motor speed can be reduced. It also saves energy at constant pressure. When the motor speed changes from N1 to N2, the motor shaft power (P) changes as follows: P2/P1=(N2/N1)3, indicating that reducing the motor speed can achieve considerable energy saving effect.

Dynamic regulation energy saving

Quickly adapt to load changes to provide the most efficient voltage. The inverter has 5000 times/SEC measurement and control output function in the software, so that the output of the motor is always running efficiently.

V/F curve can be adjusted automatically by frequency conversion function:

The V/F curve can be adjusted automatically under the condition that the output torque of the motor is guaranteed. The output torque of the motor decreases, and the input current decreases, reaching the state of energy saving.

Frequency conversion start energy saving:

When the motor starts at full voltage, it needs to absorb 7 times the rated current of the motor from the power grid due to the motor starting torque, and the starting current is large power grid voltage and voltage fluctuation. There is also a lot of damage, which increases line loss and damage. After soft start, the starting current can be from 0 - the rated current of the motor, reduce the impact of the starting current on the power grid, save electricity bills, and reduce the inertia of the starting inertia, in order to ensure high inertia equipment, prolong the use of equipment.

Improve power factor and save energy:

The motor produces torque through electromagnetic interaction between stator windings and rotor windings. The winding has inductance effect. For the power grid, the impedance characteristics are inductive, and the motor absorbs a large amount of reactive power during operation, resulting in a low power factor. After adopting frequency conversion energy saving governor, because its performance has been changed to ac-DC-AC, after rectification and filtering, the load characteristics have changed. The frequency converter has the characteristic of resistance to grid impedance, high power factor and low reactive power loss.
